As 2 months have passed since the launch of Horizon Forbidden West, its creative director is already starting to talk about what it will be the next step in the Guerrilla Games adventure saga.

In an interview with VG247, the creative director confirms something we all already knew: the Horizon saga consists of uncover mysteries of the present world and the past. He also mentioned that from the team at Guerrilla Games they can enjoy the vast story they have created for develop new mysteries.

As we all know, both games of the hit saga end with a cliffhanger and on this subject, Mathijs de Jonge confirms that: “The team of Guerrilla Games use it end sequence to prepare the next game of the saga”. This confirmation is great news for fans of Horizon Forbidden West, since after its recent launch, the development company is already thinking about the next game.

Regarding the various projects carried out by Guerrilla Games, the development company has already confirmed that it is working on a Spin-off based on virtual reality. This new game called Horizon Call of the Mountain allows us to enter the world of Horizon through the eyes of a brand new character, who would later meet Aloy. A very relevant aspect of the game is that it is only available for PlayStation VR2.
